Energy healing is an holistic healing practice grounded in the understanding that our bodies have energy flowing though them, and a practitioner can help align, balance, and remove blockages in the universal life energy in your body. Using a combination of Reiki (a gentle, energetic healing practice that supports balance, relaxation, and restoration), aromatherapy, intuitive movement, crystals and tarot, this modality helps to shift and transform stagnant energy in your body.

Enegy healing can help heal physical and emotional traumas. All of our experiences impact the flow of our energy through the body. Energy healing works to relax and realign the body’s energy and chakras, leading to a reduction in stress, pain, and sleep disturbances and an acceleration in the body’s natural healing process.

Treatments include a hands-on component to direct and channel the energy through your body, and may include music, movement, and/or guided relaxation techniques. Silent treatments are available as well. Energy healings can remove emotional blockages and open you to fully feeling any emotions that need to be released. It is recommended to take it easy after healing treatments, and drink lots of water to flush the system. Available in York Region only.

$75 a session (45min session)

Virtual treatments are available through Zoom and typically last 45 minutes in length. The universal life force energy is interconnected and weaving it from a distance is not any more challenging or less beneficial. These appointments are a great option for those outside of York Region, or who would feel more comfortable at home.
